All mail in repair services must be sent to our facility within 20 days from purchase, other wise the order will be cancelled.
Walk-In Customers
You are welcome to pre-pay for the service online and drop off your device. If you are local feel free to stop by and drop off your device for the repair. We will be notifying how turn around time is looking like. If you are planning on pre-paying please select drop off, if you are just going to drop off device to the shop.

Commonly on system with no power. Or no signs of life. Chances are low but if your system is not turning on there is a possibility that the system needs a new power supply. All game console will be checked before hand if power supply is the issue.
Note: Any Prepaid repairs, price will be credited forward towards actual repair if problem is not the power supply. In case system can't be repaired then refund will be given minus the diagnostic fee.
