All mail in repair services must be sent to our facility within 20 days from purchase, other wise the order will be cancelled.
Walk-In Customers
You are welcome to pre-pay for the service online and drop off your device. If you are local feel free to stop by and drop off your device for the repair. We will be notifying how turn around time is looking like. If you are planning on pre-paying please select drop off, if you are just going to drop off device to the shop.

Having issue with power button. The power button is very stick or can't even click. Only choice is to turn on the system with your remote. Don't worry we can get you power button working like new again. Standard cleaning is included with this repair.
Note: System will still turn on but there will be no reaction to the power button when pressed. Only way for you to turn it on is with the controller.
