All mail in repair services must be sent to our facility within 20 days from purchase, other wise the order will be cancelled.
Walk-In Customers
You are welcome to pre-pay for the service online and drop off your device. If you are local feel free to stop by and drop off your device for the repair. We will be notifying how turn around time is looking like. If you are planning on pre-paying please select drop off, if you are just going to drop off device to the shop.

All batteries are high graded 3rd party replacement. We can install OEM batteries as well. They are ordered on request. All OEM batteries are either pulled from original phones or refurbished replacements. Battery health will be at least 84% or higher for OEM batteries.
Note: Once battery is changed, the phone will show a message that says "Important Battery Message unable to verify this iphone has a genuine apple battery.
After IOS 18 Any OEM battery replacement will be verified and message will not appear.
