After purchasing repair service, send your device in with your order number, name and phone number.

All mail in repair services must be sent to our facility within 20 days from purchase, other wise the order will be cancelled. Return Shipping: When purchasing select shipping method you will like. Whatever method you selected will be the way your device is shipped back to you.
Walk-In Customers
You are welcome to pre-pay for the service online and drop off your device. If you are local feel free to stop by and drop off your device for the repair. We will be notifying how turn around time is looking like. If you are planning on pre-paying please select drop off or simply head to the shop to drop off your device for repair.
Note: Drop off option is for local customers only. If you are a mail in customer and have selected this. A invoice for return shipping will be sent once repair is completed.
