All mail in repair services must be sent to our facility within 20 days from purchase, other wise the order will be cancelled. Return Shipping: When purchasing select shipping method you will like. Whatever method you selected will be the way your device is shipped back to you.
Walk-In Customers
You are welcome to pre-pay for the service online and drop off your device. If you are local feel free to stop by and drop off your device for the repair. We will be notifying how turn around time is looking like. If you are planning on pre-paying please select drop off or simply head to the shop to drop off your device for repair.
Note: Drop off option is for local customers only. If you are a mail in customer and have selected this. A invoice for return shipping will be sent once repair is completed.

As you know roaches in your game console or device is disgusting. System that have a infestation of bugs in their game console must be cleanout before any repair is done. Cleaning fee is discounted when paired with hdmi repairs or any other repair service. Repair time is pushed back when it comes to infestation. Instead of same day or next day repair it may take up to a week or 2 for turn around time. All system are isolated and fumigated to insure any alive bugs are dead.
Note: If system is mailed in. Make sure the system is double bagged.
