All mail in repair services must be sent to our facility within 20 days from purchase, other wise the order will be cancelled.
Walk-In Customers
You are welcome to pre-pay for the service online and drop off your device. If you are local feel free to stop by and drop off your device for the repair. We will be notifying how turn around time is looking like. If you are planning on pre-paying please select drop off, if you are just going to drop off device to the shop.

Upgrade you Steam deck and get more internal storage. If you have your own part we have a option for just the labor. Be sure to know that once we install the new hard drive, the system will be in the factory reset. Simply log back in and redownload any game you had.
