All mail in repair services must be sent to our facility within 20 days from purchase, other wise the order will be cancelled.
Walk-In Customers
You are welcome to pre-pay for the service online and drop off your device. If you are local feel free to stop by and drop off your device for the repair. We will be notifying how turn around time is looking like. If you are planning on pre-paying please select drop off, if you are just going to drop off device to the shop.

If there is items stuck in the drive. we will remove it and have the drive realign for it to work again. Does your system sound like something is jamming inside your disc drive. As long as the drive itself is fine, the cd drive can be realign and get back into working order. Usually common with children at home. They may have stuck something into the cd drive.
