You are welcome to pre-pay for the service online and drop off your device. If you are local feel free to stop by and drop off your device for the repair. We will be notifying how turn around time is looking like. If you are planning on pre-paying please select drop off or simply head to the shop to drop off your device for repair.
Note: Drop off option is for local customers only. If you are a mail in customer and have selected this. A invoice for return shipping will be sent once repair is completed.

This repair can be commonly mistaken for a screen repair or just charging port is damage. If port is damage very badly and pins inside port are crossed there is a possible chance on sending a surge through the port and shorting out other components. There are time where the port will look perfect and nothing happens when plugged in.
Can be tested a voltage/amperage tester. Will commonly show voltage/amperage but no video will show on screen. If not careful can possible have a burning smell on the charger.
Come get your Nintendo Switch or Switch OLED checked out to see if this is what is happening to your system. We will get you back in action. Switch Lite doesn't have this ic chip. Switch lite will not get this problem. This issue is only for the normal switch or switch oled.
